1. EDITION BOUNDARIES

The Free AI/evaluation edition is limited to the edition, term, machine
binding, features, and use rights stated in its license record. It does not
grant commercial resale, hosted-service, organization-wide, sublicensing,
rental, or redistribution rights.

A commercial license is required for paid, business, organization-wide,
resale, hosted, or other commercial use. A written order or commercial
license record must identify the purchased edition and any conflict with the
general User Agreement.

2. SEATS AND DEVICES

Each commercial order must state the permitted seats, installations, devices,
machine bindings, organization scope, transfer rules, and simultaneous-use
limits. No seat or device limit may be implied from a marketing page. Digital Zone Expert LLC may
validate a machine-bound license only as needed to administer the purchased
rights and prevent abuse.

3. TERM AND RENEWAL

Each order states whether the license is perpetual for the purchased version,
fixed-term, or recurring. Recurring renewal requires clear affirmative consent
and must state the renewal interval, price basis, cancellation method, and
notice required by applicable law. A future price change does not silently
alter an already-paid term.

4. SUPPORT AND UPDATES

Support hours, response targets, maintenance, updates, upgrades, and end-of-
support dates are included only when the commercial order says so. No
availability, response-time, compatibility, or future-feature promise is
implied by a general product description.

5. PAYMENT AND TAX

The commercial transaction must identify price, currency, taxes, payment
processor, invoice or receipt, authorized payer, and any renewal or failure-
to-pay behavior. Digital Zone Expert LLC must not store payment-card credentials in WaveTrove or
the license issuer. Provider processing is subject to the provider's terms and
applicable law.

6. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

Digital Zone Expert LLC may suspend or terminate rights for nonpayment, material breach, abuse,
security risk, or an expired term, subject to notice, cure, refund, and other
rights required by the order or mandatory law. Suspension must not be used to
remove a non-waivable consumer remedy.

7. NO IMPLIED RIGHTS

No ownership, patent license, trademark license, source-code license,
redistribution right, or hosted-service right is granted except as expressly
stated in the order or the applicable third-party license.
