WaveTrove, the WaveTrove name, logos, original application code, original
interface copy, original artwork, documentation, and installer materials
created by Digital Zone Expert LLC are owned by Digital Zone Expert LLC or its
licensors. Installing or using WaveTrove does not transfer ownership of those
materials.

This notice does not replace third-party licenses. The installed product may
include or accompany third-party components whose license terms, copyright
notices, and source obligations are preserved in the accompanying files. In
particular:

* FFmpeg is accompanied by FFMPEG_LICENSES.txt and the notices/ffmpeg files.
* The GCC/MinGW runtime is accompanied by TOOLCHAIN_NOTICES.txt and the
  notices/toolchain files.
* Other separately identified third-party components remain governed by their
  own license terms and notices.

WaveTrove does not claim ownership of user-imported media, metadata, artwork,
recordings, or other content. You are responsible for having the rights and
permissions required to access, copy, convert, transmit, or otherwise use
content with WaveTrove.

WaveTrove and Digital Zone Expert names and logos may be trademarks or service
marks of their respective owners. Do not remove, obscure, or alter copyright,
trademark, license, or attribution notices included with the product.

This notice is included in the installer and installed program directory. It
must be read together with the WaveTrove User Agreement and third-party
notices. The User Agreement contains the applicable use-at-your-own-risk
