1. ENTITY

The WaveTrove licensor and service operator named in the current documents is
Digital Zone Expert LLC. The public materials must not identify a different
seller, licensor, operator, or payment recipient without updating the
Agreement, Privacy Notice, commercial order, and acceptance version.

2. ADDRESS DECISION

The User Agreement and Privacy Notice intentionally do not publish a physical
business address. This does not mean Digital Zone Expert LLC may omit an address or seller
disclosure where a consumer, tax, payment, privacy, marketplace, or other law
requires one. Before the relevant distribution, Digital Zone Expert LLC must provide the required
information in the legally required location.

3. CONTACT CHANNEL

Current public contact channels:

The channel must route license support, privacy requests, arbitration
notices, refund/cancellation requests, and opt-out notices to an owner with a
logged receipt date. A contact URL that is unavailable or unattended is a
release blocker.

4. LAW AND VENUE

The intended governing law is Texas law plus applicable United States federal
law, subject to mandatory law. The intended court venue is Dallas County or
Collin County, Texas, and the applicable United States District Court serving
those counties, only where the selected court has proper jurisdiction and no
mandatory consumer law requires another venue or forum.
