WAVETROVE REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. FREE AI EDITION

The Free AI edition is a no-charge, one-year, machine-bound license request.
It does not automatically renew and does not require a recurring payment.
Because no license fee is charged for the Free AI edition, there is no license
purchase price to refund. The user may stop using it and remove the software
at any time. This no-charge policy does not remove any mandatory consumer
right or remedy.

2. COMMERCIAL EDITIONS

Commercial licenses are one-time unless a written order, subscription, or
license record expressly states that the transaction is recurring. A recurring
subscription requires affirmative consent to the recurring term and clearly
states the price, billing interval, renewal behavior, cancellation method,
effective cancellation date, and applicable taxes or fees.

The applicable order or commercial license should state the refund window,
eligible cancellation events, prepaid-term treatment, partial-period rule,
chargeback handling, and contact channel. If it does not state a refund rule,
Digital Zone Expert LLC makes no voluntary refund promise; only mandatory law, the payment
provider's rules, and the written transaction terms control.

3. CANCELLATION

Cancellation stops future recurring charges where applicable. It does not
retroactively cancel a completed one-time purchase unless the order, Digital Zone Expert LLC's
published policy, or mandatory law provides that right. Digital Zone Expert LLC must not make
cancellation harder than the method used to start a recurring transaction
where applicable law requires comparable access.

4. DONATIONS

PayPal donations are voluntary contributions and are not a purchase of a
WaveTrove license, feature, service level, or support promise. Donation
handling is subject to the payment provider's rules and any mandatory law.

5. OPERATING RULE

Website pricing, checkout, license emails, commercial orders, and support
responses must match this policy. A disclaimer cannot override a mandatory
refund, cancellation, cooling-off, chargeback, or consumer remedy.
